- For the layout there is a rule of thirds this makes the double page spread look neat and has a clear layout that can be easily followed.
- It needs to have a footer on the double page spread.
- The headline is the most important bit as it informs the reader of what the article is about. It tends to be bolder and stands out from the rest of the writing.
- Drop caps are used so readers know where they begin to read the article.
- The advertisement: this has all the information about the programme that is going to be on the radio, which will always include the date, time, and where to listen to it. The size of the text needs to be appropriate size in most of the advertisement it tends to be size 10.
- Images are the main appeal and are what will draw the audience in to listen to the radio play so they have to be eye catching and appealing.
- The sub heading gives the reader an idea of what the article will be about.
